Upon dispatch, you will receive notification via text or email (or both if you have supplied both sets of details) from the courier confirming that they have your parcel and when it should be delivered.
You will also receive notification via email from the webstore confirming that your order has been dispatched and shipping details will be showing on your account.

A pick fee of £0.50 per item will be added onto the above delivery charges.

For deliveries to IE – we will calculate the charges and submit a quotation on the webstore, once it has been approved and a PO provided, your order will be processed. Picking and dispatching will take place 2 days following the day of the order approval (not date of order)
Each billing entity address is shown on the website, please select the correct one that your PO is raised against.
It is your responsibility to select the correct address to ensure your finance department process our invoice through with no issues.

What happens if I have been sent the wrong items or items are missing within my order?
You must inform us via the contact us form https://leprino.wildthangwebshop.com/contactus, within 72 hours of receiving an incorrect order confirming your order reference, what items were received incorrectly and confirming the correct items.
We will email to request images of the incorrect items and provide direction for returning the items. If the error is ours, we will pay for the return.
If you inform us after 3 working days, we will not be able to accept returns.
We promise to refund or exchange any items that are faulty within 30 days from date of delivery. The faulty item will be inspected before exchange to ensure it has been treated in accordance with the care instructions outlined on the garment.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns hand delivered, please ensure that they are sent via tracked courier/Royal Mail.
How long will it take for me to receive my exchange?
Once we receive your returned item(s), a new order will be placed into the dispatch schedule and picked within 2 working days following the day of order placement.

You can cancel your order for any reason before your order has been picked & dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, you can return, at your own cost, but shipping & picking fees for dispatching and return fees will be charged.

What branding processes do you use to apply logos to garments?
We use several processes to apply logos to garments:
EMBROIDERY – A logo or image is stitched on to a garment utilising an embroidery machine.
TRANSFER PRINT – An image is printed on to a specially coated transfer paper. The printed paper is then placed face down on to the fabric, heat is applied and the image is transferred to the fabric.
SCREENPRINT – Most commonly used to print logos on to clothing, the logo is applied using a screen that has been stretched on to a frame and to which a stencil has been affixed. The ink passes through the screen and the stencil determines the image that is printed.
